Our New Chinese Teacher - Wenqian, Li

     I'm very honored to teach Chinese at Cardinal Maida Academy this school year. My major is teaching
Chinese as a second language, in which I have earned both a bachelor's and master's degree. This year is
my second year of master. I had two years Chinese language teaching experience in the University of
China. This is my first time teaching kids abroad.

     I like art, literature, culture and I enjoy teaching very much. I'm dynamic and passionate when I'm
teaching. I love provoking students to think and inspiring their creativity and imagination. Learning foreign
languages can bring children an extensive view and intercultural understanding. Scientific research shows
learning Chinese language can help develop brains at childhood and is especially good for learning math and science.

     I Iove the kids in Cardinal Maida very much, I'll try my best to make kids have a wonderful time in my
class!
