Teachers: Second, third and fourth grade
Patsy Majeran
I am the second grade teacher at CMA. I graduated from Penn
State University in 1973 with a degree in Elementary Education.
After graduation I substituted and tutored for the Burrell School
District for five years.
I began teaching at the Cardinal Maida Academy
(St. Gertrude School) in 1987 after being a stay at home mom to
raise my four children. I have been blessed in so many ways
while working at Cardinal Maida.
I was very honored last year when I was asked to take over as principal. I could not do my job
though without the help and support of a wonderful, hardworking staff. My other interest is singing.
I have sung in the choir at the St. Gertrude Church for over 27 years and have been a member of the
cast of the Hometown Christmas shows for all 16 years!
